1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Teknopromo service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of the Service

Teknopromo is an AI-powered social media content management platform that provides:

• Automated content creation and management using AI
• Integration with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
• Automated content scheduling and posting to multiple platforms
• Content performance analytics

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unlawful purpose
• Upload content containing hate speech, SARA-related content (content inciting hostility based on ethnicity, religion, race, or inter-group relations), pornography, or violence
• Take any action that may damage, disable, or overburden the Service's infrastructure
• Access other users' data without permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content and Automated Posting

Content is created with the help of AI and may contain errors, inaccurate claims, or material that is not appropriate for your business. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is posted and for the content published on your accounts.

If you turn on automatic scheduling, you authorize us to post content to the social media accounts you have connected at the scheduled times, without approval for each piece of content. You can cancel scheduled content or turn off automatic scheduling at any time. We cannot retract content that has already been published on a social media platform - delete it directly on that platform.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Your use of those platforms is subject to each platform's own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms. You can revoke access at any time from the Social Accounts page.

8. Subscriptions and Payment

Some features may be offered as paid plans. Prices, plan contents, and payment methods are shown before you subscribe.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew every month until you cancel.
• Prices may change; changes will be notified no later than 14 days before the next billing period and do not apply to periods already paid for.
• If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until payment succeeds. Your data is not deleted because of a failed payment.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. The paid service remains active until the end of the period already paid for and is then not renewed.
• Payments already made are non-refundable, including for the remainder of the period after cancellation.
• Exception: if the Service cannot be used due to our fault, we will issue a pro-rata refund for the time the Service could not be used. Submit your request to [email protected].

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings › Security. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice unless the violation endangers other users or the Service. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the Service.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page. Your use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
